With Superblock's molds, you can easily produce a wide range of interlocking concrete blocks. The greatest advantage of these concrete blocks is their exceptional flexibility. No mortar, adhesive, or cement is required during construction, as the structure relies entirely on the weight of the blocks and their interlocking stud system. BUNKER SILOS

When constructing bunker silos, two walls of concrete blocks are built with storage space in between. These silos are commonly used for storing animal feed, manure, recycling materials, and other bulk products. The 160x80x80 cm and 180x60x60 cm molds are particularly suitable for this application due to the weight and stability of the resulting blocks.

The 160x80x80 cm mold is one of the most commonly used models for this purpose. In addition, the 80x80 cm divider walls are frequently used to create strong interlocking walls. This helps keep stored materials securely within the storage bay.

FIRE-RESISTANT APPLICATIONS

Concrete blocks are also widely used to slow the spread of fire and limit potential damage. Depending on the concrete mix used, blocks produced with Superblock molds can provide up to four hours of fire resistance. For this reason, concrete block walls are a popular choice for the storage of recycling materials such as used tyres and other combustible products.
